Refund Policy

14 days, any reason. If you buy Dynopane Pro and it isn't for you, email support@dynopane.com within 14 days of purchase, from or quoting the email address you used at checkout. We refund in full through Polar, the same way you paid. The licence key is deactivated when the refund is issued.

You can also try before you buy: Pro runs free for 14 days with no licence key and no card, so the paid decision comes after you have actually used it.

After 14 days we still want to hear about problems. If Dynopane doesn't work against your DynamoDB tables because of something on our side, we'll fix it or refund you.

Refunds normally reach your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
